Everything met the needs, I would definitely come back. Everything was really good, had a very very good stay of my weekend away. Plenty of fab food, I enjoyed it. Some of the staff members were excellent.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was recently refurbished and spacious. Walk-in showers in the private bathroom was a plus. The venue was set in the central position just next door to Royal Albert Hall and crowne plazA, good location, gòod food, excellent staff And comfort and convenient stores, restaurants and cafes. Easily reached The Bombay Brasserie, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Brilliant and clean place with accommodating staff on shift. Lovely and great breakfast with plenty of meals. Great location - steps away from an underground station.

The hotel was well-organized and in a central location. It was within easy walking distance of The Jam Cupboard, serving fast food.

Stayed in deluxe double room with a comfy bed which was perfect for me. The location was excellent, a few steps away from St Augustine's Church.

Generally, the place was well-organized and had welcoming and really good staff on shift. The breakfast was gorgeous and great with gorgeous food. The property's location was great and unbeatable, close to the Gloucester tube station. Moreover, it was right by restaurants and other essentials and convenient stores.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

I have stayed in the deluxe double room with a view.

Magnificent and fantastic hotel's location, as it was minutes from a tube station. There was The Jam Cupboard nearby, offering quick meals.

Pleasant and incredibly nice staff members on shift and kept the hotel clean. Appreciated the way our reasonably large and newly remodelled room with view of the garden was arranged.
